My style can best be described as a combination of journalistic/documentary and, in the case of newborns, classical portraiture. My goal in every session is to capture the essence of my subjects, their personality, joy, love, and spirit. This is best achieved by spending some time with you, prior to pulling out the camera. When my subjects are comfortable, their essence comes through and is captured in a way that no words could suffice to describe.

I offer in-home or outdoor sessions - I have my favorite places to shoot but love capturing a family in their own home environment too. On-location sessions are perfect for families, kids, high school seniors, engagement sessions, as well as for maternity and babies! For an on-location session, I'll meet you at your home or the location of your choosing... a park, the beach, a garden, downtown... wherever you want.

We'll talk and get to know each other and let the kids play a bit so they get comfortable. During family sessions, I will pose you for some shots and sometimes I'll just sit back and watch and capture those candid moments when you least expect it.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY:
Please book newborn photo sessions as soon as you can, preferably before the baby is born. It is highly recommended that newborns are photographed during the first 10 days of life for the best results.
